Outfit Post Special - I made it myself!

A very special outfit post today - these photos were taken yesterday on the waterfront on a beautiful spring day. Such a stunner! This frock is very special to me -why? It's the first frock I have ever made for myself! My friend Ria helped me a little with this dress seen as its the first one I've ever made and she loaned me the vintage pattern its made from.

The dress isn't perfect - the zipper is a little lumpy and some of the seams aren't perfect but I am still a very happy lady. Its onwards and upwards from here on in with my sewing.

Cute hand made dresses made me want to jump like a ninja!
