Spring is on the way!

This year has been the longest and coldest winter of my life! So much snow and so many days of zero degree weather. But the spring is now approaching and I am looking forward to the warm weather and also the blossom festivals.

Whilst the weather isn't quite "warm" yet, yesterday we did actually manage to go for a walk along the river in the afternoon and not totally freeze. That hasn't happened for a long time.

Bring on the spring I say!
