Birthday Adventures Day Five - Christchurch

We decided to begin our day in Christchurch the way we often do when we spent the weekend down there - at the arts and craft market. This time I limited my purchases to one single cupcake - but what a cupcake! It's as pretty as it was tasty.
Next it was off to spend and hour or two having a look around the Christchurch Art Gallery.
We decided to finish off our day in Christchurch with a trip on the Christchurch Gondola and the weather was perfect for a trip up the gondola and the best thing was when you were at the summit you were able to leave the chaos of the gondola information centre and walk around the surrounding area.
