Well it turns out that I didn't end up going to work yesterday but I did manage to spend $120 during the course of the day on Doctors and Physio.
Somehow I have hurt my neck - one of the bones is out of line and it's making the muscles in my neck, shoulder and back hurt like hell. So I had one painful day yesterday.....on body and wallet.
It's feeling a little better now but I still have another physio session to go on Wednesday and if it's not all better by then he will have to crack my neck in - I seriously hope the physio doesn't have to to do that - the thought of the sound makes my skin crawl.
