My friends Celia and Simon recently had a wee baby, a cute little girl called Eva.
Over here in Korea there are so many items you can buy and cross-stitch, including baby gear, so I decided to cross-stitch something for Eva.
The project took longer than I thought it would and I was a little worried Eva would have grown too big for the booties and gloves by the time I finished them!
I finally finished them and sent them home to New Zealand and Eva has now recieved them so I can post some pictures.
Here's the gloves and booties I cross-stitched - I was so happy with the way they turned out but it took a long time.
Here's the gloves and booties modelled by my sock monkey Burton - I'm sure Eva will look much cuter wearing them though!

Awww, they're super cute!
I'm sure she'll love them :)
Thanks ladies ^^ It's not my usual cross stitch style (which is pin up girls and skulls and the like) - but I thought they were very cute for a wee baby.
My friend actually asked me "did you cross-stitch it all?" - so she must have been impressed by the results! Yah!
