I have been having a BLAST here in Singapore, its such a fun place and feel like I've only scratched the surface.
Yesterday I spent the whole day with Chloe of Wasted Fashion and it was such a great day - I learnt so much about Singapore from her and we had a great time at Sentosa Island.
Chloe put these photos up on her facebook page so hopefully she doesn't mind me nabbing them for this blog post.
For those who don't know, Sentosa Island is like tourist central - you can do all kinds of rides and activities. One thing we checked out was the butterfly park and when we left Chloe bought me a copy of our souvenir photo, isn't she sweet. There is a soft copy version of course, and here it is. Today is the last day of my trip, so I am just taking it easy - I might check out a couple more museums in the morning, I'm considering getting my hair done and then I am meeting Chloe at 4 to go to Bugis Village to have an "aura reading".
I have to admit I'm not looking forward to tomorrow, whilst I want to go home the trip to Wellington will be epic. Leaving here Sunday about 3pm but not arriving home in Wellington until about 5:30 on - but it will be great to be home.
Have a super weekend xoxox

The photos of you & Chloe together are absolutely adorable! It looks like you had an incredibly good time together. I love the souvenir photo! Good luck with your trip home - I hate the actual travelling part of trips!
@ Miss Peregrin - I know, travelling places sucks, especially if you're from NZ/Aust. We are so far away from the rest of the world!
What a magical wonderful trip you've had. I really do envy how brave you are to travel alone, you are inspiring me to not be such a chicken shit. I have loved looking at all your pictures and hearing about your adventures. Thanks for sharing and have a safe journey home
You guys are too cute!
i love the butterfly picture! it looks like you had so much fun! jealous!!!
@ Krista - Thanks so much for your kind works, there have been slightly scary and difficult times in regard to my solo travels. However, the fun times well outweigh the bad! This is my first solo trip - usually I travel with Rich or friends and I have to say whilst I have missed Rich (a lot) and wished he was with me it has been a really great experience.
@ Cosmia - I think its mostly Chloe that's cute, its just rubbing off onto me ;)
@ Alicia - We should totally hang out sometime, it would be a blast!

Great photos, hope the journey home is OK. xx
How fabulous to meet a fellow blogger, I'd love to have an epic trip calling on bloggers around the world, it would be such fun.
Love that butterfly picture.
Hope you have a safe journey back and a sweet reunion with Rich. x
@ Cb - Loved the butterflies, but not so much all the bugs and spiders *ew* I am usually ok with bugs but have to say, apart from Weta's we don't get that many big bugs/spiders in Wellington.
@ Pastcaring - the longest leg of the trip is over, writing this from Brisbane airport. Although it's 2:12 am and my flights not till 8:35am, here's hoping I get some airport snoozing in!
@ Vix - It is such fun meeting blogging friends, if I make it to the UK I will have to come visit you so we can go car boot shopping:)
@ Nik - Thanks so much for your comment, its super lovely:)
Looks like such a fun day!
