Hazelnut Custard Cups

Our friends Kai & Diane are celebrating getting New Zealand Citizenship this evening with a party. Diane told me they are planning on catering the event - but I decided to make a little something anyway. Chocolate Hazelnut Cups - I've never made these before so I hope they taste as good as they look.
